I love hearing from my visitors! Don't be shy - leave a comment.
This blog is all about having Phun with photography. When photography stops being phun I'm going to stop doing it. After all, in today's digital world every photo is Just Used Pixels.

Far too cold, I'd be tucked up under the covers. I know there are great photo opportunity to be had at this time of day. I just have to make the effort to get up.
I love the cold tones in the wood in this photo. I'm almost tempted to get up early tomorrow too, and see what frost I can find on wood anywhere...
But I have to wonder: do you live at that height and just took the picture from your bedroom window, or did you get up even earlier than the already early time of 7.24am and hike up a mountain for it?
Thanks for the comments. I made a point of the time because that's early for me, especially (Els this answers your question) since it's about 45 min. to an hour away. I live at an altitude of about 4100 ft or 1250 meters. I drove though, if I'd had to hike that far I don't think you'd have seen this photo ;P
OOOOOOOhhhhhhhh. this one beats all the others. Love the way you captured the line of the fence with the blue cold sky and the mountains covert in snow behind it....man I long for a walk there...when can I come join you?
I'll bring all the Dutch goodies if you take care of the coffee okay?
Dagmar,
Come on over, we'll leave a light on. I've got a spare bedroom downstairs and there are plenty of Starbucks around (I'll buy) since I don't know how to make coffee.
Your photography is quite impressive. I'd love to walk along this fenceline and soak up this beautiful scenery.
Thanks for coming by my blog today.
