Man With a View

Click photo to view enlarged

I don't post very many photos on this blog that weren't taken by me, except my Guest Photographer feature, but this is an exception.  This is a candid shot of me taken by my photo excursion buddy Chad while we were waiting for some of the light of the sun to get in the right places.  We each caught a few candids and a few intentional shots of each other on our trip so we could show our wives what we were doing.  This is his favorite of me - it certainly shows my best side.  The hat is on backwards because the brim kept getting in the way when I wanted to look through the viewfinder, not because I'm in a gang LOL!

Don't be shy - leave a comment or email me.  I love hearing from my visitors!

Look at that sky! I'm afraid of heights though, so I don't know about standing so near the edge. Nice photo!

One of our friends (hubby's friend mostly) is a published outdoor photographer. They do the candid shots too and I think they are just as great as the other photographs.

I love how this shot shows it all in one photo: the photographer, the viewpoint, the gear, and of course most importantly, the view itself. Stunning place to be in!
