I got it, or I should say it got me. I went to bed last night about 10:30, but I just wasn't feeling very perky. By about 11:30 I knew why. I'll spare you the details but lets just say my plumbing - both personal and house - got a real workout all night long. It's taken me until now - about 4:30 p.m. to get enough strength to come and post this sunset reflecting off part of the Great Salt Lake. I think I'm going back to bed again now.
Don't be shy - leave a comment or email me. I love hearing from my visitors!

I love this marvelous dramatic sunset view ... just beautiful!
Hugs and blessings,
So sorry you've been experiencing that... hope you are feeling better today. I love that you post sunsets every Sunday - I look forward to seeing them - each one so unique and pretty.
Beautiful sunset. I hope you feel better soon. Maybe it was that sandwich with all that meat and peperoni that caused you the issue.
Lovely. This is the sort of thing that makes people want to give you awards. Which... I did. No need to post or anything, just wanted to say I'm impressed.
It's in today's post on my blog.
Glorious sunset. I love the different contrasts in color. The blues are my favorite hues.
This is another fabulous sunset shot Scott! I hope you're feeling better soon!
Thank you all for your kind comments. As you know I'm always on the lookout for beautiful sunsets. OBTW, I'm feeling much better already, but still a little weak from the experience.
Storyteller; Nice to have you visit and thanks for your comments on several of my posts.
Stacy; I'll try to keep posting them just so you'll keep coming back, and thanks for your kind wishes.
Liss; I'm glad I didn't eat that sandwich the day I got sick or I might think you're right. Glad you liked the sunset.
Alice; Thank you so much for the award! And, for your kind comments.
Freda; I'm with you, I like it when you can get some shades of blue along with the oranges.
Krista; Glad you liked it and thanks for the kind wishes.
This is just gorgeous! I love sunsets.
Ha up and around running at the house in the middle of the night isn't the best way of feeling. But it gave you the most wonderful shot.....wow if only I could be there.
What were your settings here Scott?
I'm eager to learn.
Hugs D.
I'm really glad you like this. As you know, I love to try to capture beautiful sunsets.
Dagmar; This was shot with my Olympus E-30 (As are about 99% of the photos posted after Mid summer last year). On this shot I was using my 14 - 42 mm zoom lens at 26mm, manual focus, f 20.0 for 4 seconds.
