There is a texture and a feel to Yellowstone unlike any other place in the world. Nature's wonders seem to be multiplied over and over again here from the mud bubbling up from the center of the earth to the beautiful mountain peaks and lush green trees. At some point many of the lush green trees fall victim to the other wonders of nature.
Don't be shy - leave a comment or email me. I look forward to hearing from you!

There is a lot of art in those old trees. Your photos have made them look beautiful. Love Yellowstone too, hope to get out there again sometime this year.

hello,
I love how in the blogging world I get to experience how Yellowstone recently looked because of you! Thank you for sharing your wonderful photography.
Back again, just to thank you for stopping by and no pressure at all, just doing what you do normally keeps us all happy :)
I'm really stumped over these pictures----are they good or really good. I'll go with the latter.
These are beautiful Scott - you've captured the ravages of time, and nature, so well.
Oh yea Scott the texture and feel words do make sense here. I totaly understand the feeling your talking about.
I love the fist photo. Sure makes wanna slide my hands softly over the old wood and let it tell it's own story (if only it could). Well accually you just did by sending out this beautiful image.
Hugs D.
