Phun Phriday! #15 - Multiples

It's time for another trip outside the box, as we continue with some of the experiments that I've introduced you to before. This was probably my first digital multiple exposure photo. This is actually 10 exposures all done in the camera. In Photoshop I tweaked the blacks and contrast a little then took the color saturation down to almost gray scale, but not quite. Obviously, if you're looking for a photo to record a place or an event - this ain't it. This is photography in an impressionistic art form.

Below is a photo of some of the same trees from a different view point taken a few minutes later just to show you kind of what it looked like without the impressionistic take.

Remember, Phun Phriday! is about EXPERIMENTING with new Phun things with photography. When I say "new" I mean new to YOU. If it's something you're just learning about, or some way you step outside the box with your photography then that's what Phun Phriday! is all about. I love all comments on any of my photos and if you have tried something Phun please leave a link to your post.

Don't be shy - leave a comment or email me.  I look forward to hearing from you!

Very cool effect in your multiples shot(s) Scott! Were these 10 exposures at slightly different focal length settings ?

"This ain't it."

Classic techno-speak. I LOVE it! :o)

I really enjoyed this Phun Phriday shot. It looks like water rippling out from a center point.
