One of dozens taken last Sunday night on and near the Buffalo River, near Island Park, Idaho.
You don't have to have a beautiful sunset shot to leave a comment, but if you do, please feel free to leave a link to your sunset shot with your comment. Other than cropping to a 16 X 9 format and adding the frame this is SOOC.
Don't be shy - leave a comment or email me. I look forward to hearing from you!

Gorgeous golden lighting! We're going to Hawaii later this month. I should be able to capture some good sunrise and sunset pictures, don't you think? :-)
It's funny how some sunsets can look much the same. You'll have to check out my Sunday sunset. Beautiful sunset, looks like you had great timing.
Scott, beautiful photos of Yellowstone. We have been there several times and it is quite an experience.
By the way, "The World's Best Photography Blog" got me here, but I like the new title also. Always good to listen to your wife. ;)
Wow so beautiful! By the way, what is sooc? Thank you Scott for answering my question about taking photos of strangers.
Thanks to each of you for your comments.
Linda, I've wondered a lot about sunsets off the california and Hawaii coasts. I can't wait to see what you get.
Chad, yes especially when you are standing only a few feet from each other when you take them.
Diana,
Thanks, and yes there are a few who were broght to my blog by the name, but I think there were more in a poll I did that did not like the name. I'm glad you were one that was brought to it.
Ana,
I'm glad you liked it. SOOC means Straight Out Of (the) Camera - sometimes you'll see SOOTC. In other words it wasn't processed through any of the image editing programs such as Photoshop to enhance the color, sharpness, contrast, etc.
First off - I kinda liked the old name of your blog - it demonstrated a wry sense of humour that I admired. However, as that wise old saying has it - "Happy wife, happy life!"
Secondly, if your blog is going to 'find another view, you'll have to stop standing beside Chad when you take your shots ;-)
And lastly - awesome sunset shot!
Well...you've got a cheeky follower there in Rick haven't you Scott! But as far as followers go, I think he's a keeper. It was actually his last post that led me here...Wow Scott, I love your sunset!!So beautiful!
You have both inspired me to post a sunset on mine. I took the photo on Saturday up the Sunshine Coast (north coast) of Queensland!!
Beautiful shot, Scott! I love all of your sunsets! I haven't posted one in a while but the next one I do, I'll share it with you for sunset sunday. :o)
I love the new look of your blog by the way. I loved the old look but am enjoying your tune-up as well. Great work!
