From huge on the last post to very tiny on this one. It's hard to see it in the photo, but these flowers are very very small. Even though I took this photo several weeks ago on our trip to Thanksgiving Point, if I remember correctly, the whole bloom wasn't much bigger than my thumbnail. There's a lot of beauty in that small area.

this is what i like about macro shots. it doesn't only make small things look big... it makes them look gorgeous and magnificent.

I lived thru the 60's, and I think the flower child draws me to the sunflowers or most any flower. Very nice details. I enjoy your blog a lot, and thanks for visiting my blog.
You do have quite the eye for photography, you sure captured this tiny head of Lantana.
