Taken on Thanksgiving Eve, but there's something different about it. Look very closely at the reflection. Move your head around a little as you look at it. Why is it different? Or maybe it's just me, maybe you don't see anything unusual about this on your monitor. Let me know.
OBTW, another SOOC (Straight Out Of Camera) except for preparing it for blog posting.
Don't be shy - leave a comment or email me. I look forward to hearing from you!

spectacular, I see lines in the reflection that do not show up above. reflection of invisible something? is that what you mean
Waw, as always, wonderful sunset! i loved it.. so pleasant.
Saludos..
I was going to say the same thing as Sandra. Spectacular sunset, and love those dark clouds at the top of the photo are very dramatic.
Sorry Scott, the the only thing I got was dizzy. Beautiful sunset as always. You'll have to guess where mine was taken.
Stunning photo Scott, the only thing I see if the change in the lighting.
Lovely sunset as always Scott. Love the cloud formation and how the cloud dips as if pointing to the sun below the horizon. I think you've got this mastered! How about a nice big coffee table book titled 'Great Salt Lake Sunsets'. What a great conversation piece, plus documenting all these beautiful images for family and friends to enjoy over and over again! Wait a minute, what about a Christmas gift for family and friend??? HERE is my Sunrise Sunday image.
very nice shot. what a perfect sunset. i also see lines that you don't see in the sky.
greetings from barcelona.

Beautiful, thanks for sharing.
Well, for me is clear that I saw a cross in the reflection...
Regards!
Well, that is a bit weird - there are vertical dark and light bands in the reflection and I can't see why. One thing for sure, it's not your printer playing up!
I agree with Karen - your collection would make for a great gift in the form of a photo book !
I saw vertical parallel lines in the reflection - but it could be my eyes (the bulb in my desk lamp went last night so I'm not seeing things so well).
This one definitely needs to be in that book !
Nice sunset picture, as always. Is there a thin sheet of ice covering some of the water?
So I see the vertical lines also, but nothing else unusual. Are you going to let us in on the secret? Do we need to start worrying about you because you're seeing things? :) Anyway, I third the idea of making a book, your photos are gorgeous.
Another beautiful capture. You live in a mesmerizing area and do a good job capturing it.
I see a texture on top of that water that looks like ice is forming...am I correct? The sky and reflection are super beautiful!
A very beautiful image with a perfect color. Congratulations on your blog. Greetings
Muy buena fotografia hay en tu blog... Te sigo... va un cordial saludo, Rodisi
Hey you Scott...gosh Karen, Rick and me are on the same page here.
I was just thinking do bring out a book like Cris Harris did...it would turn out wonderful.
Love the image and the reflections seem out of place like some thing is flying down....and make lines...
Let's hope it's Lisa's brother flying by to touch the earth...for her.
Wonderful hugs Dagmar
This is an absolutely wonderful sunset photo. It is wonderful in so many ways. Thanks for sharing it with us.
WOW! This is an amazing photo.
Scott - I see a few vertical lines, but mostly what I see is gorgeous!!
Fantastic colors and view.
I cheated - cuz I'm behind on blogging - but I see the icy water... beautiful!
So so beautiful!
