Phun Phriday # 46 - Blessed

Yes it is Phun Phriday! and I know it is going to be a wonderful Phun day for most of us but I thought I'd post this photo to remind us all of where it all started.

I did have phun creating this image for you because it is HDR, but even with HDR I wasn't happy with the nativity scene as it was just too bright, so I used the Photoshop masking feature to bring in a darker version of just the figures floating on the water and their reflection.

I have reserved my absolutely favorite photo from this years pursuit of Christmas season photos for Christmas Eve, which is tonight. I'll post it at 4:00 PM MST, That's 6:00 PM on the East Coast of the US.

Have a Phun and safe day and evening.

Don't be shy - leave a comment or email me.  I look forward to hearing from you!

You've done an admirable job balancing the lighting and I know what you mean about the difficulty in toning down the brightly lit nativity. Love how you've included the shepherds in the distance, and the reflection is beautiful.
