scott this is my NEW favorite. it looks pre-historic, like something form a gazillon years ago.

I really like this icy creature emerging from the ground as well as the striking nature of your image.
Ah! Iraq and Kuwait - those were the days - for me, it was one SLR loaded with Kodachrome and another with HP5. What a difference digital cameras have made!
So this and all the rest, are belly shots? I don't think I'll ever tire of seeing them.
This is beautiful! Almost makes me like the cold!
The whole truth has not been revealed. This I know is actually a sunRISE!It is spectacular and probably my favorite ice photo you have posted. I posted one I took last night right before you left work.
I got the pictures already infected, forced to leave tomorrow, the picture;))
Scott, I love how the ice is dancing under your lens :-)
Already Sunset# 52 for you, I just started and today's was #5.
I really don't care if this is a sunset or a sunrise. The color in the sky is beautiful and the picture is just magnificent. I'm very impressed with the way you've made these ice formations appear so large.
Anyes,
For some reason clicking on your name does not take me to where I can see your blog. Please leave me a link or your URL or email it to me.
Thank you Scott for letting me know, I did not realized it did not link properly when using this account.

Love the lighting, color and composition of this photograph! You never cease to amaze me with the photographs that you post!
Terrific & no, I'd have never known it was a sunrise... it's beautiful!
Mine is up & running! =)
Another master-piece, Scott, to add to your sunset/sunrise photo book. Abstract art, gorgeous colors, lovely composition - a beauty to behold !
I posted a couple of sunsets here (sunrises are rare events for me).
I feel like I should hear an orchestra while looking at this photo! :)
It's a bit creepy, this one!

There is a sculpture in Washington, D.C. that for the life of me I cannot remember the name of, but it is a man reaching up out of the ground! It is amazing and this shot reminds me of his arm reaching up. Love it.
Beautiful picture and wonderful colors. Thanks for visiting. The boats are in the salt sea water it does not freeze so easily.
Wow.. I love your icy shots. So dramatic!
Another excellent photo!!! Τhanks Scott !
Greetings
WOW! This is SO amazing! And, that sky...I LOVE it!
This is just fantastic! I hope your printing some of the ice shots for your walls. I could see these hanging in a gallery.
Very awesome Scott!
