I consider (every once in awhile) on getting a macro lens but am too cheap. I keep using my little Canon point & shoot for close-up macro shots and no one can tell the difference...yet. I wanted to continue north to the Bear River Refuge on the Lake, but it was too cold for me and I turned back south.
well, that and the dratted mosquitos and gnats. just got home from a local preserve on the river and YIKES the gnats almost carried me away. now that is BIG
I was expecting to see tulips or something when I saw the title of your post! This is more a sign of summer for our area! ~ I wish I had a macro lens . . . I'm saving my pennies though!

I thought I was at the wrong place for a moment! I like your new look and name - it's good. Funny, I've been thinking about changing mine too as I'm not really fond of it (the name). Are those mosquitos? I really dislike those bugs; I am a feast for them :{
