Breaking Out

I wanted to play around with some Macro stuff along with filters and I kind of liked the way this turned out. I thought I'd post it and see what kind of feedback I get.

Playing around with photos is always fun, I enjoy tweaking in Paint Shop Pro, particularly the kaleidoscope feature and also in brushstrokes. I like the simplicity in this one. What kind of flower is that?

I love having fun with images...and I do like this one. I can't think of the name of the flower (blossom)... are they normally purple? I'm sure there are probably many varities, but I've seen the purple ones in my mom's yard. I love them...

Interesting photo - I do wonder what the flower "really" looks like - but enjoy the texture of this image. In fact, my first thought was it's a grain of some sort:). Keep playing...so good to stretch our creativity in different directions.
