I like that you used sepia for this photograph. It makes the photograph appear aged. I've never seen a plot such as this. Are those wooden cylinders around the cross?
With my brother currently fighting for his life, this photo hit me like a ton of bricks.
Linda, No those are concrete landscaping edging, but quite old. I imagine they were home made.
Fredaman, I'm not familiar with your brother's situation, but I do send you and him my hopes and prayers for his recovery.
Muy hermosa y muy bien elegidos los tonos
there is something about this capture just touches deep in ones soul.. can't explain it.. it just does.. impressive capture.. very much so..
Oh, that's fantastic, Scott. Where'd you find that spot. Beautiful. Love the post-processing. It's perfect.
shades of boot hill, it is beautiful
Sepia is ideal for this photo. It transports us back in time.
Love the sepia looks like an old cemetery. Where is this?
Nicely done.. it looks great.
A couple people wanted to know where I found this. It is called the Ephraim Pioneer Cemetery. It is just North of Ephraim, Utah. Ephraim also has a newer cemetery with nicely kept grass etc. Most of the people in this pioneer cemetery died in the 19th century. Lots of baby graves too.
