Dandelion

Dandelion by Just Used Pixels

Dandelion, a photo by Just Used Pixels on Flickr.
I've been away for a few days, camping. I know you won't believe this, but I didn't take one single photo . . . and yes I did take my camera. This particular camping trip kind of ended up being a mission of mercy. Anyway, I'm back and here is a photo from my trip to Washington and Oregon last month. If you click on it it will take you to my flickr page and there is a map in the upper right of the page that will show you where it was taken.

Don't be shy - leave a comment or email me.  I look forward to hearing from you!

Nothing wrong with a get away that doesn't include taking photos as sometimes the best ones are those we've seen with our eyes and keep in our mind's storage. This is a lovely capture, Scott.

The one dandelion has the best view around! Speaking of going somewhere and not taking any photographs. I attended my nephew's wedding earlier this month. I took my camera but took only a few pictures. I opted to enjoy the day (and actually hear the nuptials) and store the memories in my mind, rather than to put all my concentration into capturing the day in pictures.
