Life and Death

Life and Death by Just Used Pixels

Life and Death, a photo by Just Used Pixels on Flickr.
I was in a bit of a strange mood when I processed this one, so I sharpened it up a bit and then decreased the vibrancy to give it a little more of a cemetery feel.

Life and death has a thin line between them.

Excellent processing Scott..that soft focus between the stone and living flower tells the story Where there is death, there is life..a beautiful work...greetings!

This is a somber photo, and yet that blossom in the foreground reminds us that light is still around us.

I get the concept, Scott, but this image just doesn't do it well enough - at least for me. I did really like the Sunset Sunday and the Black Water boats in New ENgland.
