Okay, my excuse for being so late today is that it is the beginning of Daylight Savings time and I lost an hour last night. Not a very good one, but it's all I got so I'm sticking with it.
This shot was taken about three nights ago on the causeway that takes you to Antelope Island in the Great Salt Lake in Utah, USA. About 75% of my sunset photos are taken within two or three miles of this spot.
We'd love to have you join in with your own sunset or sunrise photo for Sunset Sunday. It doesn't matter when you took the photo so join us every week. If you have one to share post a link to it in your comment, (
click here to learn how) or just tell us it's there and we'll click on your name to find it.
OBTW, if you do post something for Sunset Sunday it would put a big smile on my face if you added a link to this blog in your post. Thanks!
HUGE TIP: If you love sunset and sunrise shots like I do and want to improve yours, Laura Delegal has an AWESOME blog and she also shares a lot of great photography tips. Being incredibly clever she puts them under a tab at the top of her regular blog and calls it . . . wait for it . . .
Photography Tips. You can find
her blog here and a great tutorial on photographing
sunrises and sunsets here. She did ask me for a few ideas which she added to the bottom, but it was a great tutorial before my thoughts were added.
Don't be shy - leave a comment or
email me. I look forward to hearing from you!
