If this looks familiar, it's because you've seen it before in my typical wide version with a frame and my watermark. So why am I posting it again? That's where the title comes in. I'm a little embarrassed to post this, but I know that some of my blogger friends would genuinely like to know and if a similar thing happened to you I would like to know about it too.
You may have read before that I use an Olympus E-30 DSLR, and another Olympus user -
Linda (PA_Shutterbug) - introduced me to the MyOlympus Group. Each month we hold a photo competition with three new categories. What I like about it is that it is not a popularity contest because you can only enter one photo per category, only members can vote, you don't know who took the photo until after the winners are announced and you cannot vote for your own, so it truly is based on peoples opinion of the photograph itself.
In January I posted that I had won 1st place in the Bridges category
here. I didn't say anything in February when I won 1st Place in the Nighttime category with a photo that I had already shared with you
in a previous post and tied for third place with this photo in the Musicians (Persons with instruments) category.
In March I entered a photo for each category and I won 1st place in the Rivers/Backwaters category with the one in the middle of the three photos
of this previous post and 1st place in the Black and White category with that photo above that I opened today's post with.
I'm not going to enter the next month or so so I can just go look at and enjoy the best of other peoples contributions.
